Okay so I was not treated like royalty like some other businesses treat me me when they recognize me from clearing radio or from the 54+ million p/m viewers on my Google Maps platform but it’s okay I still love the treatment at least it keeps me grounded and my head is not blowing up to big Anyway I had this sandwich with the Mac and cheese and I must say it was pretty good I Ike the sprinkle of chicharron on top of the M&C not just add some bomb hot sauce and it would have been 100% I asked for the hottest hot sauce I was expecting some habanero stuff but it was weak I should rate them 4 stars but the good Christian in me has to be fair Anyway my fellow travelers if you are traveling to Las Vegas be sure to hit up this spot on main st in downtown the fabulous arts district and now YOU know and please drop a heart on the picture to make goggle work overtime Thank you and as always God bless you follow my online radio to get you a free bible

Oh my! What a cool place. We are planning to go back for the live music. Pork belly was incredible but you won't be disappointed with any of the meats.

Food was delicious. Nice outdoor seating area in a nice area. I got the hatch chille hot link sandwich, the heat was crazy, I really enjoyed it. The mac and cheese was delicious. My husband got the belly of soul, he loved it. The pickles we each got were SOOOO GOOD. His Brussel sprouts were really yummy. Service was great.

Visited the Arts District for the first time and wanted something easy to eat. Soulbelly was great in all aspects. May not be the best bbq I’ve ever had (Texas still wins for best bbq), but it’s good! Plenty of parking as long you’re willing to walk in Arts District. Honestly, why wouldn’t you want to walk around. Soulbelly was great, with available sitting indoors and outdoors. They’re next to breweries as well so you can have a nice beer with your bbq. For ordering, it’s order at the front desk, then take your number and grab a seat. There was some confusion when we were there as the waitress taking our order seemed new. First we were told for beer and drinks, we’d have to go to the bar to order and get them. Then she found it on her and added it to our tab. Didn’t mention if we were supposed to go to the bar to get it or what. When we got our food, the waitress asked if there was anything else, we mentioned our beer. I see her go to the front desk and then to the bar to get it for us. Minor hiccup/miscommunication, no biggie, but felt like it needed to be mentioned. Props to the waiter and waitresses serving, very friendly, checks up on us, and kept everything clean. We sat outside since the music all the way inside was a bit too loud with the band playing. There was also some tv’s for us to watch some football games on. For food, the Brussel sprouts are amazing. Cooked perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The sauce was great too, gets to be a bit too much at the bottom, so I may ask for light sauce or on the side next time if possible The brisket was delicious. I forget what “size” we got, but got a mix of lean and fatty. The lean was good, but I loved the fatty brisket. Juicy and tender all around and well-seasoned. I’ll opt for just fatty next time I’m around. Used some of the bread to eat with the fatty juices and it’s great. Looked around the other tables, and I wished I got the corn bread, it looks great. Definitely a place I’ll be back to if I’m ever in the Arts District. The vibes, the staff, and the food are all top notch.

I’ve been eager to visit this spot for quite some time, and finally made it a point to stop in on a Sunday afternoon. Even at 2 p.m., the place radiates an inviting energy—I can only imagine how lively and electric it must feel on a busy evening. The menu offers an impressive array of food, beers, and spirits, with an especially strong selection of bourbons and whiskeys. I settled on the Belly of Soul sandwich, and it was outstanding. The brisket is thick-cut, wonderfully tender, and brimming with smoky flavor, layered with rich cheese sauce, crispy onions, and a perfectly cooked fried egg. The house offers three signature BBQ sauces; I chose the Carolina—specifically their East Carolina variety—and it was phenomenal: tangy, balanced, and exactly what the brisket needed. For a side, I ordered the mac and cheese, which impressed me enough to skip my usual heavy hand with the salt shaker. It was creamy, flavorful, and satisfying on its own. The space also features a stage, clearly set up for live music, though I’m not sure exactly when performances happen. That added touch, combined with the already great vibe, makes me excited to come back in the evening and soak up the full experience. Though I didn’t try the cocktails this visit, I watched the bartender craft a few intriguing drinks that I’ll definitely return to sample. Overall, this place is absolutely worth the wait—and next time, I’ll be staying well into the night.

Got the soul belly sandwich with the side of macaroni, 1/2 lb Louisiana ribs, 1/2 pork belly burnt ends, and 1/2 lb of brisket. Total cost $81. This was enough for 3 people. All were excellent. Everyone in their reviews were saying the ribs are spicy but it was not spicy. The brisket was okay but the ribs were truly the star of the show. The soul belly sandwich was delicious. And the macaroni and cheese was .

Disclosure, I am from Texas and lived within 25 minutes of 4 of the top 20 BBQ places in Texas so I am comparing this to some of the best. The brisket was ok not bad not great. It was all very tender but did not have even smoke in it. Some of it tasted like just bland beef and some of it had a nice smoke ring and flavor. It didn't hold up to what I am used to in Texas. The pork belly was very average at best. Did not have a good smoke flavor. The beans were ok and the cornbread was good. They offer 3 different sauces which all were just average. The place was nice and the service was great. I will go back and try their ribs and maybe sausage. If your not familiar with very good BBQ this might be a good place and you will probably like it. It may be unfair but it doesn't hold a candle to the top tier.

OMG, some of the BEST BBQ I've ever had! Have to bring someone next time and try the big combo! Amazing Brisket, sausage, cornbread... everything! And the area it's in is pretty cool and worth exploring before or after.
